In Steelcase, every space is the prototype of space operation, used in practice, new insights to understand solution, thus improving office experience.Big rapids, Michigan Learning & Innovation Center was built in 2012, provides a valuable insight, Steelcase and LINC to Munich as the next phase of the experiment project, technology can be further explore the actual space and how to cultivate and support creative thinking.

LINC and multiple tasks, specifically for promoting cultural shift, to let staff's understanding of the workplace by the "office" enterprise, into a "creative studio" through actual experience.LINC must create ideal conditions for in the same place and distribution around a creative team members, let staff to review conception, streamlined mobile office, keep spending.To achieve this goal, to create a very flexible space, support for each stage of the creative process, let staff to focus on work, and team size, with a total of innovation or conduct activities, learning skills, as well as to rest on a regular basis.

LINC must cooperate with "design thinking" and "creative collaboration, and create breeds, encouraging environment of mutual trust, create the necessary for people to share opinions freely, which is the key to the success of the facilities.
